 Client Needs & Law Firm Challenges in the Global Economy - June 14, 2011 IBA Leigh Dance spoke with Julie Sweet, General Counsel of Accenture, Chris Saul, senior partner of Slaughter & May, and Richard Fleck of Herbert Smith in a presentation at the International Bar Association held in New York in June 2011. The session focused on “challenges facing law firms in the new global economy, including in their relationships with global clients, other law firms and regulators.”

 Marketing & Business Development given Changing Global Corporate Counsel - May 6, 2010 Paris Preparation and presentation to senior management of a Global 50 law firm on international growth market investment recommendations and guidance on approach and priorities. The proprietary report provided data and analysis of strategic opportunities in regions of potential interest to the firm (based on partner interviews and extensive research), including South America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia.
