Leigh Dance has been retained by several of the world's largest organizations serving in-house counsel to organize conferences and events globally. As co-founder in 1999 of LexisNexis Martindale-Hubbell's Counsel to Counsel Forum, Leigh has moderated more than 60 roundtables of senior corporate counsel around the world.

Additionally, in her management career Leigh Dance worked extensively with in-house counsel in highly regulated industries, coordinating product development and market expansion. Those organizations included The Chase Manhattan Bank (JP Morgan), Republic National Bank, Aon Group and the Vista Mutual Funds.
